Our strata has a great experiences working with Waste Control Services. They are great communicating any scheduling matters. Their pick-up drivers are rockstars that go out of there way to clean-up any spilled garbage while also being very friendly and courteous. Overall we're impressed with this company.

collection staff were courteous and helpful beyond expectations last week when I was lugging bags of leaves to the verge as the truck arrived. I kept the bags under cover until the last minute so the bags wouldn’t be sodden with the rain but my feet don’t do stairs so well so I was struggling to get bags down to collect, in time to be collected.

One of the recycling staff happily came up to meet me on the stairs, grabbed the bag I was lugging then came back up the stairs to get another for me, telling me I could dispose of one more. It was so lovely to be met with helpful service and he went above and beyond

Over the past 12 years, our Strata has worked with several waste treatment companies, but none met our expectations. Fortunately, in August 2024, we found Waste Control Services online and decided to sign a contract with them. So far, the experience has been great! Their rates are competitive, their customer service is excellent, and their billing department is efficient. We’re hopeful they will maintain this high level of service, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them.

So many companies have become difficult to deal with.
Fortunately, Waste Control Services is not one of them!

Amazingly, I connected to a Real Person (Jenn) immediately and she was without even thinking about it, the Best Customer Service Representative I have dealt with in a long, long time.
She understood my question, gave me clear and easy directions to get my bin replaced and within minutes i was emailed a date.

Wreckless driving and behaviour paired with a verbal, aggressive driver. May want to look into the driver's you have in the west end

Omg……. Where do I start? We just changed over to Waste Control Services as they came highly……. highly …….. recommended by friends who use them.

Right from the start dealing with Keith, our acct rep, Toni, Jenn and Tia in customer service these folks truly go above and beyond and deliver “outstanding” customer service!! They certainly can teach the other company that we were dealing with, some customer service skills!

Then there is Adrian, who is our pick up driver……… wonderful guy! Very friendly always has a “hello how are you” when he sees you! You can certainly tell that whatever Waste Connection is doing to make their employees jobs enjoyable that it shows in the way they talk to and treat their customers.i would be very proud to have these folks on my team!!!

Waste Control Services give their customer 100% total customer service satisfaction from the management, drivers, customer service rep they are really prompt answering all the inquiries. They are so hardworking, efficient and friendly. Jenn had an excellent customer service. More power to all the management and staff. Keep up the excellent service!
