there is a theme here, this company doubled our bill in one month. i have been trying to get answers from Customer Service and Sale Rep, all i get is an email that states either " working on your request" or " your request has been completed" yet no-one has explain to me what they are doing

Absolutely one of the worst run companies I have ever dealt with. Disorganized, lack of ownership and hard to get your account sorted out. I'm fed up and done with dealing with them and chasing them around while fighting cancer and trying to be diligent about our sharps pick ups. Of course they are the only one offering this service so can get away with acting this way. I have yet to have one pickup in a year.

If I could give them a zero I would. We cancelled with them over 6 months ago with proper notice. Then they charged our account anyways. I have been asking for our money back ever since. At first they admitted there was a mistake and they would send us a cheque but now they don't even have the grace to return my emails or phone calls.
I also know that I am not the only person that this has happened to.
BEWARE IF YOU ARE CANCELLING SERVICES!

This driver should be fired! At 1:20 pm a driver for this company was parked in an exit lane at Trent park shopping center today. He was sitting in his truck watching drivers being forced into oncoming traffic to gst around this truck. I spoke to the driver about the hazard he was creating for vehicle traffic and he said he didn't care, he does this all the time. Very nice👎
