Been using CAA insurance for over ten years… finally filed my first claim.. what a nightmare.. this will be my last year with CAA insurance. The comment box doesn’t have enough room to explain the run around I went through after my first claim. All that was decided after over a months time was to add two new tires to my vehicle… after a month.. not even four new tires.. I was charged after the better man fee which is over and above the deductible about half of the bill of the actual repairs of the two tires. Every-time you call you talk to someone different in the claims department and also there is no feedback form after your done your claims process. The people selling you the insurance are not the people you will be dealing with during the claims process. Very typical insurance company at the end of the day.

Treated me well. As a member I got my passport pictures at half price. $9.50. This place is a good place to get passport pictures even if you're not a member at $19 + tax!

So rude I ask to cancel my membership and agent said ok I will colsed for you and he hung up phone , he was laying he didn't cancel membership because I didn't get proof on my email , so bad company

My Mom was in an accident in November. Filed a claim the same day. A month and a half later and MANY MANY MANY multiple attempts to phone and email they still have not heard from anyone nor do they even know where their vehicle is. Even followed procedures and escalated the issue. Still nothing. CAA sells products and collects money for it but when you actually need the services you paid for, expect to be ghosted. Curious how many more months before they even find out where the vehicle is.... or maybe it's just permanently gone never to be acknowledged again.... Just like CAA does with it's promised services

I decided last minute, 2 days before Christmas, to buy my husband and myself Premium CAA as our Christmas gift to each other.

Sara was able to put our package together and send an email the very next day so we had coverage immediately.

She also mailed a hand written note of thanks, and our temporary cards.

We since have received our permanent cards.

They increased my insurance premium by 40 bucks a month with no notice and no reasoning as to why. Im over 25 with a clean driving record. It's honestly been a hassle being insured through them.
