Acarlos, great company to work with. The staff there goes beyond what is expected. I had an issue with SAP at 9 pm. I was at the hospital when I received a call informing me that the system was down. I made a few calls to their Tech people ( C & C ), and they were able to correct the issue. Support connected remotely from the restaurant...that's support.
