Would not recommend for loans, I unexpectedly lost my job a few months ago and fell behind on my vehicle payment, I've been in near constant contact with PCCU and have found them to be the least understanding institution I've dealt with. I'm working again and trying to get everything back on track but in spite of being less than 3 full payments behind they are threatening to take the vehicle. I understand the business side but I have in no way been avoiding them and have tried to send as much as possible to get it cleared up. I've never been in this situation before and have had the loan for years with no issue of any kind with payments. If you deal with them best hope you never fall on hard times as they really could care less.

Don’t deal with this bank….one year with them and problems from day one, online as well as bank card, I was left stranded twice because my card would not work and there was no access to online. 17 times in one year online not being available.

I am extremely disappointed in the way that customer (member!!) service has deteriorated at this institution! Today I phoned to get help resetting my password because it has expired - I phoned 5 times and left messages in 3 different locations and I have not received a single callback! I think this is atrocious - I served a number of years on the PCCU board and this kind of thing never was allowed to happen then.
Your organization needs to do some serious thinking about their customer relations - I have been a faithful member for over 50 years but I have to confess that I’m seriously considering moving my business elsewhere, and I’m guessing there may be a number of others doing the same if they are being treated similarly.

The service from this institution has always been 100%. They go above and beyond to do the little things in a timely manner for their clients. This is the exact reason why I support local credit unions.
