I was out of Town and renting a car at the airport but was sure I had coverage for a rented vehicle on my personal car insurance. I phoned them in the lineup and they checked, confirmed and emailed me a copy of my liability card, all before I got to the rental desk. Excellent service.

Your business would probably do better if your staff didn’t treat every interaction as a nuisance. A kind voice goes a long way, clearly not a customer service oriented environment
