Our HVAC unit just so happened to stop working during one of the worst heat waves the GTA has had in a while (incredible timing)... I initially made a call to a different company because this one wasn't able to see me till 10pm (it was sweltering hot; we needed the AC fixed ASAP!). Unfortunately, that first HVAC team couldn't diagnose what the issue was, so I ended up agreeing to see Pintu at 10pm.

Once Pintu arrived, it took him about 15-20min to identify the problem! Being a Sunday though, he let me know that he couldn't order the replacement part until the following day, which he ended up needing to drive out to to pick up. Once he arrived with it, problem was fixed in no time.

My only feedback is his punctuality. I appreciate him fitting us into his busy schedule, but we believe it's important to communicate with your clients and keep them updated rather than having them wait around

Beware! If you want to be lied to, led on for months and have your calls ignored - please contact Pintu. He made our lives hell for MONTHS. Lie after lie, failing to follow-up, failing to show up for multiple appointments, promising he’s coming the “next day”, and failing to diagnose the problem correctly; this guy is a complete waste of time. If you have a tankless waterheater from Navien, save yourself some serious pain and hire someone professional. I had someone else come out and the problem was fixed THE SAME DAY - and that too, without the parts that Pintu said we needed.
Funny when someone doesn’t answer your texts or calls for weeks but when you call with a private number suddenly he answers? Shady. Pay someone else a little more and save yourself a headache

My Experience with Expert Heating & AC was really satisfactory. I needed to change the Furnace and water heater and have contacted many technicians and finally some friend recommended Pintu. He is a professional technician and explained me different options and suggestions which can be beneficial for long run. I was impressed with the knowledge and felt that the company is going to do honest job to install expensive equipment in best way.
The work done was really neat and professional with utmost attention. Pintu also explaind when to get service done and how often to change Furnace filter. Job was well done and installation was done on mutually agreed day with no delays or excuses. Pintu even called few days after to check if everything was working properly without any issues. He also installed latest Nest Thermostat with wich i can control heating remotely.
I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and others to get best quality and Affordable service.

If you are looking for a very knowledgeable, professional and honest person, look no further. Mr. Patel not only was prompt and very reasonable in price, but he also replace our furnace in a timely manner. The area was clean once the work was done and we were given instructions on how to maintain the unit and what type of filters would make the life of the unit last longer. We had replaced few years ago our AC unit with Mr. Patel and he remained the same sweet person, very helpful and reliable. I would 100% recommend Mr. Patel.
