Rude guy who show the apartment the supervisor of 60 exeter rd. Looks like he wants to slap you if u ask any question. How company have such a rude person as a supervisor.

Manager I called to book appointment is too angry and too busy to answer my question about booking time. Because he has to repeat himself again and again. Ridiculous to see why they have the job if they don't want to talk.

Terrible building. Dirty stairwells and laundry room. Elevators are frequently out of order. No hot water frequently. There is fuzz growing on the stair railings. Gross. Superintendent and manager of complex are not very nice. Treat the tenants poorly. Cockroaches and ants. Do not move here.

42 exeter rd oxford tower: peeling wallpaper throughout building halls ,pharoah ant infestation, one of two elevators is always out of service, manager does not fix any issues in your units, makes you pay to fix damages in your unit (doorknobs, shower heads, flooring etc.) leaky windows, taking years to fix. manager has said to move somewhere else if I don't like the building. If they get rid of the rude and lazy maintenance man Jules everything would be great. Mike and Dave are very nice.

I lived on this series of apartments for 16 years. The apartments are spacious . The rent is reasonable. Right in downtown Ajax. Close to shopping and GO Train.
