I had waited over 20 years to buy a new couch, the service from day 1 from sales, to fixing our couch and making it brand new, 1 and half years later my couch is better than you a huge thanks to the boss (manager) sorry cannot remember his name, to the prompt and effective service, and above all from the two truck delivery drivers Jean and Stephane for services above what they needed to do, thanks to Gerry for recommending to complete this survey, your team surely recognizes our community need, and the fact that my furniture is Canadian made and bought from a local company puts the cherry ? on the cake. Renaud has the nicest staff you will find anywhere. It used to be our furniture store when we were living in Moncton. We moved to Ottawa 7 years ago and I was looking for a chair that my brother bought ant Renaud in St. Antoine. I couldn’t find it here. I called Renaud and even though she knew she wouldn’t sell me a chair my being in Ontario, Pauline helped me by giving me the name of the chair, the number of the chair and the manufacture’s website. We found it on the Quebec side. Service like that is hard to find today. The staff will be happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Thanks Pauline for your help!

Went there just to look, thought we were walking out with nothing. Sat in an electric relining couch that curved with 3 chairs that reclined, each chair had a cup holder and lights under the couch and cup holders. It was so comfortable and an awesome price. I fell in love and bought it. No pressure from the sales people with free delivery. Staff willing to accommodate delivery needs. Was an unexpected purchase, but I am so thrilled I went to look.
