I have been living at Keele Street for more than 10 years. Signet has managed this building for a long time. I am so happy, I love the pool and my building. The service, the maintenance, the property!!!

Everything is amazing! I am not moving anywhere, anytime soon!!!

Talking about their head office, I love their office and it looks so gorgeous! Jag (The receptionist) she is the best, she is scared of my dog but she always still helps me always! So does Kerri!

BEWARE. Neighbors of Signet Group Properties BEWARE.
0 STARS. SIGNET GROUP has twice caused damage to our property and twice provided only empty promises, ignored us and taken no action.
Two years ago they caused the collapse of our fence, which resulted in empty promises from senior managers, and nothing done to resolve the matter. They committed to compensating us for the damage and than reneged on their commitment.
Last week they decided to try again by forcing a 9+ foot snow and ice pile against our fence on our property, again we have received empty promises and no action.
ANY PROPERTY OWNER WHO IS NEIGHBORS WITH A SIGNET GROUP PROPERTY SHOULD BEWARE.
The above is my opinion based on my experiences with Signet Group and can be backed up with pictures and records of communication.

I have been a resident of this building for six years, and during that time, I have never encountered more unprofessional and ineffective property management than what I have experienced under Shivannie.

At the start of the school year, a new tenant moved in next to my unit, bringing excessive and disruptive noise, often hosting gatherings that lasted until the early morning. I initially addressed the issue with Ms. Gornicz in person and followed up with numerous emails, many of which went ignored. The noise continued to escalate, severely impacting my ability to rest and function professionally during the day.

Despite over 20 attempts to engage management and the involvement of a bylaw officer, Ms. Gornicz demonstrated a complete disregard for addressing the situation. The bylaw officer’s communications were also ignored, further highlighting the lack of accountability. The environment in the building deteriorated, with marijuana odors permeating the hallways and ongoing disturbances well past reasonable hours.

On several occasions, I was forced to contact the police due to the persistent noise, which frequently woke me in the early morning hours. Despite clear evidence of the issue, Ms. Gornicz failed to take any meaningful action. Instead of demonstrating accountability or offering any form of apology, she escalated the matter by making unfounded and defamatory accusations of harassment and racism against me—a baseless and highly inappropriate response to a tenant seeking a resolution to legitimate concerns.

It is unacceptable for property management to ignore tenant complaints for months, dismiss bylaw officers, and then retaliate with discriminatory accusations. Such conduct demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and integrity.

I urge the appropriate parties to conduct a formal review of Ms. Gornicz’s handling of this matter and ensure that future tenants are not subjected to the same negligence and mistreatment.

Signet Group is the best Property Management in GTA. I am a tenant here for more than 8 years. They have the best customer service at the office. We go to Jag for our issues always. Signet Group has provided us with terrible rental service. In a short period of renting we have been double charged and sent fees for late payments which we were never late on. The service is horrendous and just getting in the phone with them is a task in itself. The building stinks 24/7 of smoke and was made terribly. Bathrooms have the wrong paint. Sinks weren’t put in properly. Weather temp is 20 degrees over the legal limit!! It has been hell living in there apartment and I wouldn’t wish it on anybody. DONT RENT FROM SIGNET.
