I’ve been with Found Space Property Management for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They treat me with great care, and my property manager, Rob Hanson, is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. His attention to detail and dedication truly sets him apart.

I have been renting an apartment in Kitchener since the 1st of September 2024, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. From the very beginning, the property management has been unresponsive and neglectful of important issues. I have attempted to contact both Rob and Jenni, who are responsible for managing the building, but they have consistently failed to call me back or respond to my concerns in a timely manner.

The biggest issue has been the cockroach infestation that I reported shortly after moving in. Despite notifying management, it took almost a month for them to finally address the problem. Mind you that didn’t help as the Cockroaches are back again and worse !!!
The lack of communication and follow-through has left me feeling frustrated and neglected as a tenant.

In addition, there was no apartment walk-through upon my move-in ( apartment was Dirty, windows and screens missing in the living room, horrible contacting job done no cocking done anywhere in the washroom and around the tub/shower, food was left in cabinets and uncleaned as well as the stove… and so much more !

My keys were left in a lockbox attached to a meter in the parking lot, and when I entered the apartment, I was shocked at its condition. The apartment clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months, making it even more challenging to address other maintenance concerns.

It's evident that there is a lack of attention to detail and tenant satisfaction in this building. This situation has taken a significant emotional toll on me.

Overall, I would not recommend renting from FOUND SPACES unless serious improvements are made in property management and maintenance. Tenants deserve much better care and communication.
