What a fantastic experience at FYI Docs in Parksville. The staff is very friendly and welcoming when you walk in the door. Alina was so very helpful right from the start. Thanks to her guidance, patience, and expertise I found the lens that worked for me! The selection of frames they have are amazing - so amazing I bought 3 pair! I would highly recommend FYI docs and Alina for her fantastic knowledge and care of clients!

A wonderful experience! It starts when you walk through the door, you are greeted by friendly, pleasant employees, the technicians are knowledgeable and Dr. Pratt is very thorough and explains everything well. The hardest part for me is picking out frames, Alina and Tanya take the time and guide you through this process effortlessly. It’s a clean office with a well functioning layout, and very welcoming. This is the Optometrist you want to see in Oceanside.

I had a really great experience at this FYi office! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My appointment went smoothly, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Alina—she was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful in guiding me through picking my first pair of glasses. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. There were lots of great options for frames, and the staff overall were kind, patient, and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for eye care or new glasses!

We have been going to FYidoctors for years & have ALWAYS had the best experience. Recently my daughter needed to get her first pair of glasses and she just loves them. Great! I too had to increase my prescription & they made everything so easy. Also, with direct billing to my benefit provider it was so simple! From the time I entered the store Quality Service Skills were at a premium. I bought my eyeglasses (from a long time competitor ) ( use to be up until now) , given a solution on repair, fixed (“which could not be done”) and while I waited was shown my next set of glasses. What more could a customer want

Glasses and eye exams can be had at many places, but the level of service at FYI Parksville is outstanding. The doctors and staff are very professional, and have created a caring and comfortable atmosphere, plus the office has lots of free parking. Thank you Dr Pratt and team!

You know how we all leave fixing our problems to the very last minute? Well I left mine to a few minutes past. Luckily, it doesn’t matter how much you procrastinate the staff at the FYI Doctors location in Parksville are friendly, quick, and incredibly helpful. Bought my glasses a few years back and honestly have been neglecting them for half the time, one arm has been a little wobbly for quite some time and fully fell off yesterday. I came in and asked for help and within 5 minutes my glasses could go back on my face ! And for free!? I will also say when I bought them way back some customers came in with a similar problem and were helped with the same kindness and speed as I saw today so you know they’ve just been this good for years! Thanks guys!

My backup reading glasses developed a warped frame and lost a nose piece. I called and was told no appt. needed. In 5 minutes Mimi had completely fixed and cleaned them! I was impressed with the immediate service - and no charge! This has been my go-to place since moving to the Island 7 years ago. Such friendly, helpful staff!
