Incompetent. After paying $250 for them to do my tax return, I ended up paying $900 in taxes. This year I've changed to a new accountant and they're addressing all the issues this place missed. Crowe didn't include my RRSP contributions which would have changed me from owing and paying $900 into a $50~ return. They didn't put in any effort to try to get me any money back, asking if I had any deductions they may have missed, etc. They essentially ran QuickBooks on me.

The only positive I can say is that the Chelsie was very friendly and polite.

I have had the privilege of working with the Coast Group and with Richard Wilson for over a decade. There have been times where I spoke with other accountants about specific complex problems and have never seen the expertise which Richard consistently demonstrates. He has extraordinary depth of knowledge. He is a true professional with integrity and has always been very responsive. Rates are very reasonable and he easily saves me more than he charges.
