I have been working with Payworks many years for different employers and find Payworks very easy to use from 5 employees to 120. The wait time to speak with a CSR is very short and they are very knowledgeable. The cost is also very affordable. I definitely recommend Payworks for your payroll needs.

We have had a very positive experience with switching to Payworks! Simple, fast and intuitive to navigate. Updates and improvements to the platform are frequent and regularly incorporate user feedback.

Our implementation specialist was amazing! Explained the process, worked out any bumps along the way quickly, was there day and night for support. After implementation we were assigned an account rep who is there to assist with any questions or concerns. Rep responds promptly and with answers! We are going on month 9 and still happy!

Payworks is the BEST payroll provider. They are current on the changes in payroll (Covid, Stats, ect). They have a knowledgable team of representatives. Easily the best payroll solution for businesses. I run a company with around 10 employees including myself. The automated system makes it so easy, and the fees are more than reasonable. Cannot imagine running an office without Payworks. Time savings & math savings are huge, direct remittance & electronic transfers are easy to manage, even T4s are a breeze. 5+ years and counting with them, I imagine 25 years with Payworks until I sell/retire.

Payworks is by far the best service out there. The tools are solid and the reports are great but the customer support is what makes them amazing. Our business is really small but they treat us like we're a big deal.
