Rosalia Celia was so helpful to me at almost closing time! I was in a little bit of a bind in trying to get my son insured for my car! His car broke down! He needed it for work the next day! I have been using this location for over a year now, no issues.

Went to renew my registration before they close today, the woman who serviced me was a bit of passive aggressive, inpatient and rushing me, maybe slightly borderline patronizing me. Also, when I mentioned I am going to pay the insurance monthly this year, she gave me that look. Not a very great experience.

P.S. She is that East Indian woman from the table in the back right.

I have insured a few cars with this location over the past six years and they have always been extremely helpful with everything I have asked them about! Today, Rosalia was very attentive and detail-oriented when it came to questions about my new car purchase. She set me straight about some complex tax questions and really went to bat for me when it came to options on my classic car. I won't be insuring my car anywhere else! Thank you team JMI!

I had the pleasure of dealing with the branch manager Kelly McManus.

She was a real pleasure to deal with, she made the decision simple to make and provided great service.

She has a great personality and was a lot of fun to deal with. Not only did I get the tenant insurance from them, but as a result of the awesome experience and great pricing, I now intend to get my auto insurance from them as well.

I was assisted by Andrea, I came in with a new vehicle I had purchased where the dealership fudged the insurance. She took the proper time unlike the other place to solve my issue, she was also very friendly, and could hold a proper conversation. Very good expierence, and I will be coming back!
