We have been ordering Chinese food from KJ Enjoy Garden here in Pitt Meadows for about 3 years now. They’re the only one that has good Chinese food in the area. We’ve tried other Chinese restaurants too, but they’re in Maple Ridge. I’d say KJ Enjoy Garden is better in terms of quality and service. They were always nice on the phone whenever we order. Our order from last night was delicious and everyone in the household was happy. Our favourite is their deep fried squid with spicy chilli salt. Really good.

We ordered for the first time with KJ tonight and our prawns were full of black poop. When I called to complain she said that they all come like that…blah…and then she hung up on me! Most disgusting food and service ever. Basically threw $80 away. Never again!!
Trying to add picture but doesn’t seem to let me. Received one star only because I had to to be able to post this.

Takeout was hot(i was there 4 minutes early)
-food cooked well(brocolli was perfectly crunchy)

I think for some people they are turned off by the dining room. This is a place for cheap chinese takeout and 99.9% of the food they sell is take-out. Who cares if the dining room is dated.

You can see into the kitchen and it was clean enough looking to me.

Staff were friendly but clearly busy on a Saturday night at 5:45 processing orders(a good sign if you ask me)

Will go here again.

Worst Chinese food ever. House special fried rice tasted burnt and chicken chow mein was slimy and chicken was squishy. Gross food. We threw it out. $45 down the drain. We will never order from here again.

What we like about this place is each of us can get what we want. They have a nice build your own combo meal section. We don't need to order big plates of food and take the rest home like so many others.

Placed order on Christmas Eve but I was late to pickup the order; however, the restaurant make a fresh dinner for six after an hour late to pick them up. Fresh ingredients especially the almond chicken and deep dish prawns. Thank you

The dry garlic pork was chewy and had a strange red colour to the batter with no seasoning or garlic at all, mostly batter. The crispy ginger chicken was sickly sweet and soggy. You get mostly vegetables and not very much meat in the curry dish. We just moved into Pitt Meadows and this was the worst yet!
