Had a fantastic experience working with the team at Clever Quarters and making my condo guest ready! I’ve been wanting to make our second bedroom (doubling as our full time office) a flex space so friends and family are able to stay over.

The team got back to me right away and sent over the designer on the project, Jen, who was super kind and thorough when we did a house call, made all the measurements and noted down all the details I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. Jen was able to get me a ballpark quote right away, which is on the higher end at first glance, but in hindsight included a lot of services, like all the back and forth discussions on design of the cabinet, what colors go well with the room, tweaks, full installation service, etc.

The entire experience felt above and beyond, and I’m super happy with the results! Thank you!

We first worked with clever quarters in 2023 when we found that they did murphy beds with sofas. Absolutely thrilled with their service through and through from design to install. Nikolina, was our designer did a great job getting our tastes translated. Denis and his crew left us with a cleaner room than when they started and the results are perfection.

We were so thrilled by that experience we worked with them again this year in 2025 on a larger project. This time, built in shelving and storage/desk solution for our home office and it was even better than the first experience. Again, Nikolina worked with us to get the design we wanted but even better had given us something even more functional and impressive than we imagined. The patience and care of the crew to handle details and make adjustments was wonderful and we’d definitely come back and do another project with them in the future.

What we really love is the care, the instant response time, efficient scheduling and timing, the quality is just fantastic and honestly this team of people are just straight up nice, smart and good people to work with - this makes the whole experience from design to completion a total breeze and I couldn’t recommend working with them enough!

After a year, the hinges on the shelf needed adjustment, and they came back without hesitation to fix them. I had a great experience with design consultant, Summer. I had such indecision about what to do with my den and she helped me narrow down what I need and what I want for the space. She came to my condo for a free consultation and took measurements. I still was very indecisive about what I wanted. She suggested I come out to see the show room in PoCo. The showroom really helped me visualize the options I had and helped me consider a few more. The showroom also has a view of the warehouse where they construct everything so it's great to be able to support an established, local company.

Summer spent a few hours and was about to help me design something that was functional and that matched my exisiting cabinetry so it looks seemless and very professional.

The installation process was easy. The installers were professional and took good care of the space.

Clever Quarters transformed our small second bedroom into a sleek home office, guest bedroom and workout/yoga area with the installation of a horizontal wall bed, built-in desk/cabinet and closet shelves. The installation crew was on site for two days, professional and clean the entire time.

The more we live in the new space, the more we appreciate Clever Quarters' attention to detail and quality. We keep discovering how much more we now can enjoy the space.

The cost was on the high end for our budget, but the satisfying experience and quality result were well worth it.

And the fact that Clever Quarters is a local (PoCo) Canadian business was icing on the cake.
