The services of Malish + Michel came as a recommendation a few years ago when I needed an accountant, and it proved to be a positive experience from the get go. From the initial phone calls, to being greeted by the reception team, and including an initial appointment with one of the partners as well as some occasional email correspondence, everyone has been consistently personable, professional, helpful and informative. Greg and his team have been excellent to work with. Prompt and easy email communication and our taxes were prepared quickly and without fuss, despite us being a bit late getting our documents over to them. From when you walk in through the door, the reception staff are very friendly, pleasant and professional. The appointment, unaware to us was with Greg, who is a partner with the company, he was knowledgeable and listened to our previous concerns, gave us very helpful advice, and assisted with resolving our previous tax issues in a quick and timely manner.

We had a follow appointment after a busy tax season was over, to go over everything in more detail.

I used to be with Steve Malish at Malish and Clark. They were bought out. I had another accountant. I was so happy when I found out that Steve Malish was back. I has arranged for them to do our company taxes. Honestly, things were very tight financially and I explained that I would have to give a deposit and then pay the balance prior to the submission of my tax return. I got a couple of emails reminding me of the deposit and also one wanting some information and I replied to as needed (they wanted my bank statements). I got an email today, long before my taxes are due at the end of June saying that they no longer want my business because I haven't sent the deposit. We had no specific time to have the deposit in and they had done no work. I was very taken back at this. I guess they don't work with people who are having to work thru a recession.
