I purchased Ashley 4 piece sofa set & 3 piece coffee table set from Shirley. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was in contact with Shirley for weeks before I even met her in person. Always there to answer my questions & offer some different options on what I might like. You want great service on your next purchase? I highly recommend Shirley @ the Corner Brook location. I will definitely go to Shirley again for my next large purchase

EDIT IN RESPONSE: My mother has contacted your customer service and has contacted her sales representative REPEATEDLY with NO results. She is still waiting. Pitiful customer service.

Appalling service. If I could choose to leave no stars, I would. My senior Mom is having an issue with a brand new Danby stove, and the only response from the "customer service" team was "What can we do?" followed by irrelevant questions like how many people were there for supper when she noticed the defect in the brand new stove. I was at a loss for words when she told me about the treatment that she received. I will never recommend Cohen's to anyone. This is not the way a business is run. Shame on you Cohen's. Knowingly selling products that are poor quality and do not work as expected. Shame.

Shopping at Cohens was an absolute pleasure. The lady helping me was Kathy and she was awesome!! Kathy was super helpful and assisted me in finding the items I was looking for!! After arriving home I changed my mind on the fridge I selected and decided I wanted a different one. I reached out to Kathy and she was so kind and told me it wasn’t a problem at all, just pick out the one you prefer and I’ll fix the paperwork. Best customer service ever!! It was a pleasure to shop there thanks to Kathy!! I’ll definitely be back at Cohens for my future purchases! Kudos to Kathy!!
