I cannot express enough how infuriated I am with Kentfields and their abhorrent property manager, Melanie. This review comes from a year-long nightmare of dealing with their grossly incompetent and racist practices. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
From the moment I submitted my application, Melanie showed her true colors. It became apparent that she had a personal vendetta against me, and maybe even against people of my race or ethnicity. My application has been pending for an entire year, and each time I inquired about its status, she would dismissively tell me to look elsewhere. Seriously? Is this how you treat potential tenants who have followed every protocol diligently?
I cannot begin to describe the level of frustration I felt as Melanie repeatedly brushed me off with excuses about having other applications. But here's the kicker - she never seemed to have a problem with approving other applicants who, coincidentally, didn't look like me. It's clear as day that racism plays a significant role in her decision-making process, and it is utterly disgusting.
Throughout this torturous process, I maintained my composure and politeness, despite being treated with nothing but disdain and disrespect. But no matter how hard I tried to prove myself, Melanie continually downplayed my application's significance and implied that her "other priority" applicants were somehow more worthy than me.
The level of unprofessionalism demonstrated by Melanie and the Kentfields management is beyond comprehension. This blatant discrimination should not be tolerated in any capacity. As a potential tenant, I deserve the same consideration and fair treatment as anyone else, regardless of race, ethnicity, or background.
I am now left feeling defeated and humiliated by this experience, but I refuse to let this bigotry go unnoticed. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from Kentfields to steer clear and choose a property management company with integrity and respect for all individuals. No one should have to endure the torment I've faced at the hands of Melanie and Kentfields. Shame on them for promoting such a toxic and racist environment.
In addition to the infuriating treatment mentioned earlier, let me add another layer of incompetence and disregard for potential tenants. Despite making the effort to visit Kentfields' office in person multiple times to submit my application, I was met with complete indifference and hostility. Melanie couldn't be bothered to welcome me or even treat me like a human being.
Furthermore, I took matters into my own hands and scoured various platforms like Facebook Marketplace to find potential properties for sublet or lease transfer. I forwarded these links to Melanie, hoping she would consider them for approval. But surprise, surprise - she never bothered to look into any of them or give me a valid reason for rejection.
In my desperation to seek justice and accountability, I inquired about a higher authority at Kentfields to whom I could voice my concerns. But to my dismay, Melanie asserted that she is the one and only head honcho there. How convenient! It's clear that she enjoys this tyrannical position where she can exercise her discriminatory practices unchecked.
If anyone reading this review knows where I can file an official complaint against Melanie and Kentfields, I implore you to share that information with me. This level of unprofessionalism, racism, and disregard for potential tenants' rights should not go unpunished.
In conclusion, my experience with Kentfields and their irresponsible, racist property manager, Melanie, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I urge everyone to stay away from this company if you value your dignity and fair treatment.
