Untrustworthy company!
If they give you a suspiciously good quote, they are probably lying to you.

They gave me a nice quote when i asked about getting a cheaper policy with them. Then, they ignored my emails until my old policy with them renewed. They then told me that they put my address in wrong, so the quote was now much higher.

Now im stuck with their garbage insurance for another year.

I am confident that they tricked me into staying with the company. All they could offer so far has been "sorry about the confusion"

Finds great rates but have a very hard getting in touch with carmie when you really need her the most. Took me 2 months to get my insurance on my car figured out after I had an issue with a payment....
