I had good customer service in the past throughout a process in which I needed their assistance.

Sadly this time attempting to have Reynolds and Associates help me a very simple process; step one I came in due to getting information to come fill out two simple pages and needed was copies of two pieces of ID

The secretary lady decides to copy my ID while I fill out the paper work. Upon filling out my paper work, I had a glance at the paper she had my ID copied on too..(attempted too anyways; cannot even make a photo copy which is pretty sad) I even inquired about the copy of ID due to me noticing it looked partially cut off but she assured me it was "good to go"

Wait three weeks+ to get this paper work needed in the mail to start this process and comes today "does not meet our criteria: Driver's License was partially scanned" which is exactly what I mentioned how part of that one was cut off. I would not even have left a review and just went back to try again.

Sadly I call in just after 1130am the secretary answers. Seems even more lost than the last ones who "tried" to help me.

Not only was she no help at all on the phone call which was only two minutes; she was unhelpful and disrespectful but rude and obnoxious for no reason whatsoever.

Why not have just politely told me to come back in and take photo copies of my IDs and send them in again after I complete the paper work again... very strange

Unless maybe no one that works there these days can handle that task and they plan on getting training on how to make a photo copy of two IDs 🤔

IF so they should also go for costumer service training!

David Reynolds is a man with great integrity, who has managed to help a lot of people with debt issues. He and his staff manage every case with compassion which is very much appreciated in these turbulent times. He has stepped up for me an my family over the years and has been there for us over the years. That's why i would put my trust in him 100% to handle my financial debt issues. I like all of his locations, but especially the North Bay location. Thank you so much David for everything. What a relief it is to be debt free and be able to live life without the worry handging over my head. Cheers to you.

The staff that helped me was extremely nice and professional.
She was also very knowledgable. Had the answer to all of my questions and made the whole process easy and painless.
I left there glad I went in and excited about what they could do for me. I would Definetly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the best for helping deal with debt. They're happy to take the time to talk on phone for as long as it takes to get to the bottom of your debt problems and come up with real solutions! Not to mention they are kind and non judgemental. I highly recommend their debt relief services.

detailed: i've dealt with David Reynolds & Associates on 2 separate occasions... I swear to you this is 100% an understatement when I say I've never felt more cared for by a place that deals with financials. BDO Canada was the first place i went to... after speaking with them, a friend referred me to Reynolds. Night and day. There is no comparison. The amount of information I was provided in just an initial consultation was so much more in depth than at BDO. BDO Canada won't always give you the best answer... in my situation, they told me to do what would make them money, and get me out of my problems. At Reynolds, they advised me to do what would SAVE ME from a lot of headache in the future.
Personally, I cannot sing enough praises for the entire team at Reynolds and Associates. If you need a trustee... if you feel like you're over your head and don't know where to go... set some time aside and go tell them exactly what your situation is... they will HELP you... not just do their job... seriously, they'll help YOU! Cant express enough with words how much they've done for a single father of 2 with full custody, who was unable to fulfil his financial obligations while going through a divorce.
