I was prescribed massage for hyper mobility and posture issues and have seen Heather twice so far for massage therapy. The difference I felt and saw in my back and shoulder muscles just after one session was mind blowing, and the results had last pretty well to my next session 2 weeks later. She's extremely knowledgeable and offers tips on stretches, workouts, maintenance and preventative measures to help keep your body healthy.

I'm only 2 sessions in and cannot wait for my next appointment!
