I've had 3 colonics done and each time was amazing. I always leave feeling light and empty. Stephanie is so kind and patient throughout the process and always makes sure you're feeling comfortable. If you're looking to get a colonic done I definitely recommend coming to Stephanie!!♄

When I went to Stephanie, I was lethargic with very low energy. My gut wasn't functioning well. But, since I had lived in regular indigestion, I thought it was normal. Stephanie has a great asset - attention to detail. She left no stone unturned. She advised me to see other naturopath practitioners to get a full picture of what was going on in my body. Today, I wake up with a lot of energy, and my mental alertness is restored. My health is renewed.

I now speak about colonics to strangers!!
