Do not rent from this company if you can help it. They really seem like a corporation who doesn't care about the tenants. Shocker there.
We've rented from them for 2 1/2 years. The first year was good, but it's gone way downhill since then. Constant issues with the new boiler they installed 2 winters ago (Running out of hot water, or no hot water at all, weekly or twice a month at least) The lack of communication and professionalism is very frustrating, especially when you care about the place you live.

Pretty disappointed in these guys right now. 20 days ago they gave us small space heaters for heating our apartments "for a couple nights" while they fix the boiler. Today we're still having hot water issues and have no heat despite it snowing and being below zero for over a week. Other than this they've been pretty attentive landlords. (Edit day 27: no hot water again this morning but the heat sometimes works now which is nice)(Edit day 95 ish: No hot water or heat this morning and very inconsistent all week, the temperature is -30c not including windchill.)

Update: January the next year, boiler still cant keep up on cold days, -30 outside, 13 degrees inside, pretty silly. And getting any information from them is like pulling teeth, also the cleanliness of the building has fallen off hard this year.
