Called the office multiple times about rats digging burrows around the apartment (building 11 on 137 ennis Avenue)and steps this past month . They finally send someone only for him to fill the holes in with sand . I guess he thinks a rat can't dig through sand ?, stupidity at its best.
Update the rat is still there , now the parking lot contracter is doin his best to not plow the parking lot completely . Forgets there is still over ten feet of lot at the end where he piles up the snow n covers in parking spaces . He might want to push it off the lot onto the grass so it will melt and not pile up so high ?.

$1450 for a two bedroom is seriously delusional. Especially for a building with only one washing and drying machine. Their greed will be be their own downfall. I already know three families that had to move out recently due to their constant raising of the rent.

They robbed the deposit! Checking out was very troublesome, a lot of money was deducted for a clean and tidy room.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA WORST COMPANY EVER. Transferring my lease was such a struggle because of that agent Tranh li who didn’t want to work and took 10 days between each candidate to tell me if they were accepted or not. The building at Pasadena smelled bad and people smoked indoor. The whole experience was terrible and I’m so happy to have left St. John’s.

This is a company who Requires you to submit a rental application and put a deposit down prior to even seeing the apartment that you are looking to rent. When you do not eccept the apartment you are not getting your deposit returned to you. it does not matter that the leasing agent did not present in a proper manner that was understood by the senior looking to rent the space. They seem to be taking advantage of seniors with no consideration to the harm being inflicted. Be aware when renting from this group

I want to share what a great experience I have had with Northview over the past 4 years. The building was clean, well kept and had many upgrades. If there was any maintenance issue it was resolved promptly. The women in Customer Service are friendly, very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to speak with. I have and will continue to recommend Northview to anyone looking to rent in St. John's.

I have seen unacceptable behavior from a few employees and an agent who I believe demonstrated the value of northern property when they treated a friend of mine. It is unfortunate and I am glad that I have never dealt with them, and I try to avoid them in the future.

Clean, modern rental apartments. We stayed for a night in a two bedroom. Great value! Close to downtown St. John's.
