Chris and team made magic with our basement. Being a creative with ideas always running wild, Chris was able to accommodate almost all my brainwaves with solid rationales why some won’t be the best decisions to make. I absolutely love the process and how it turned out. While working, Chris looked into why the upper stairs vibrated so much when someone walks on it and fixed the issue graciously...that right there, was a value-add I really appreciate.

Our basement was finished about 3 weeks earlier than planned and budget/account reconciliation was done as mentioned at the start of the project. Their level of transparency and empathy is commendable.

These guys obviously know what they are doing and would gladly recommend their services. Friends and family that have seen our basement further underscored the good job Chris and team did down there.

Very bad company to hire for your home improvement and renovation project. A one bedroom basement project rolled from 3months to almost 1 year and still not fully completed. This company does not have transparency in all its dealings. The owner of the company and his wife are ill mannered, always very defensive and do not feel they are accountable to the owner of the project. They removed leftover materials from my home without permission, and never kept to schedule.. I had to call 911 to dispatch cops in order to evict them from my property. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Go somewhere else! Very poor service. Delays upon delays. There's no communication either. Still waiting on an official invoice and warranty details on the egress window that was fixed and that too, there's a draft coming through and there's frozen water on multiple places. Was informed the window is under warranty, however, failed to share the warranty information so that I can reach out and get this window fixed since Chris will take another month to finish it.
I called/texted maybe weekly or omce in 2 weeks to ask when chris he is coming to pick up left over supplies. And now chris accuses me of contacting him everyday. I wouldnt have to contact ypu once a week or everyday if you honour your work and do it on time with proper communciaiton. Lady at the office says one thing, and chris says something else. Extremy dissatisfied. Extremely frustrated.

I have the report from the Winnipeg Police Financial Crime unit all the the transaction of all my material you and your wife returned back to Home Depot and get sum of about $5,600 CAD withouth my knowledge. I applied for this report Iafter I fired you from my project more than 1 year ago.
You guys thought you could beat the system because your wife had worked before at home Deport branch where all these transactions took place. The report shows how you were returning all my materials to your debit card and gift cards.

You and your wife are criminals and the proof is in our hands from Home Depot Headquarters through Police Department. You are so close to your Waterloo.

Stop acting like a good Christian by deceiving people, including vast majority of immigrants and people of color.
Remember the curse of God is in the house of a thief and it is only the blesssings of God that make rich and add no sorrow.

It is to my discretion at this point to post the financial crime report you commited with your wife to the public or not.
