ANOTHER EDIT: Despite them continuing to deny it, most if not all complaints were recorded between 1AM-4AM. Our neighbours were loud throughout the night and they know that. The video below was recorded around 1:30AM.

Reposting my review with text messages about the CEO’s decision as well as a video of the noise in the middle of the night (which was once deemed unacceptable but is now just “normal conversations”).

We owned a condo in one of their buildings and found out that they rent out adjacent units (despite not allowing you to lease your own unit), which is unfair to those who spent good money to own and have peace and quiet in their spaces. It’s especially unfair when our neighbours were loud and disrespectful night and day and because our concerns were ultimately not taken care of, we were given no choice but to move in the end.

Everybody was super helpful and kind to us about the complaints, but after our neighbours received a final warning and we still had to issue complaints, we were told that the CEO had decided that they weren’t going to do anything about the problem and that was that. I don’t blame the property managers for our experience because ultimately, it was the CEO’s choice and the preference for money over tenants’ comfort. Either way, we went through a lot of complaints for nothing.

There is a distinct lack of respect for tenants living in their buildings.

I recommend this Rental agency to anyone looking for a good place to live with premises that are beautifully kept. I am very grateful to this business for helping me help my elderly parents move back to Brandon after a year of turmoil. They are settling into their wonderful new apartment in a 55 plus building. There were a few things that needed attention after they moved in and the maintenance was right on it.

I have been a tenant with Vionell Holdings for a number of years and my experience has been excellent. I left for a few months and when I came back, they were able to get me back into the same building I was in before. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly (fridge stopped working - new fridge the next day, A/C not working - fixed the next day), and the building I live in is quiet, even during the day when trying to sleep as a shift worker. The pool has always been really clean, the sidewalks are always clean from weather, and I love how green and taken-care-of the grounds are. Thank you for the awesome experience!

Great property management company. I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and I was able to view all the places I wanted to see that day! I found a place I loved and the Vionell Holdings staff made the application process a breeze. I would 10/10 recommend them to someone looking to rent 🙂

I myself stayed in Arbutus Place for a year and had no problems with the unit. Appliances were in good working order. The battery of the alarm has to be changed as it beeped constantly. Email maintenance and they were able to arrive promptly. Had the one entrance door to myself so it was convenient and didn’t have to pass by anyone. My only issue would be the neighbors as depending on them, in this case they were above me and were loud majority of the time, it can be frustrating. Every little step and conversation they are having you can hear. I would recommend VHP to implement a Quiet/After Hours policy. Overall, a fair experience.
