Rest Easy has managed our condo in Ottawa Centretown for the last 8 years. I don't remember how we found them at the time but we're so happy that we did before moving across the world. As far as I'm concerned they are the best property management company out there. We have always been happy with their service. Scott and his team are outstanding. They are very professional, friendly, honest and always willing to help. What stands out the most is their responsiveness. Over all of 8 years they have always been on the ball in answering our queries or taking care of issues raised by the tenant. We've also always appreciated that they treat tenants with the same respect.
In an industry ripe with companies trying to gouge tenants and landlords with high fees and mediocre service, Rest Easy is refreshing.
Don't be put off by their somewhat outdated website 🙂 if you're looking for a serious business to manage your property, don't think twice.
