Awful. They left me without a working back door exit for over a year. They have currently left my backyard covered in glass due to them not doing any proper clean up of my backyard from work that was done. So now I’ve not have a back ways for what is going to be going on 3 summers now.

When I expressed to management that I was left with only one legal fire exit last year due to them neglecting the repairs of the back door Eric maruqis responded to me that “ my elderly grandma should be smart enough to find her way safely out of a fire arose. It was the most disgusting comment id ever heard. From a professional in a working environment.

This office is unprofessional . Ignored emails until you go in to the office to finally get an answer . Neglects to do the jobs it is paid a monthly fee to do And have 0 regard for the safety of anybody living in the neighborhood. there actions constantly show this . They will do anything to save money and not do what they state they are here to do in the contract you must sign with them. Currently I’m looking into legal action as I can’t understand what I’m currently being charged for monthly if they in fact do not take care of the said repairs and cleanups they claim they do.

I love how they say, and I quote "We are Ottawa's most trusted condominium management services provider." But yet it takes them months to reply to emails/ calls about the cracked stone stairs, in the front that's sinking into the ground. They replied to us in the winter when we messaged them last summer about it. They said they would fix it in the spring.......it is now summer and nothing has been done. Premiere doesn't do anything to help. You think with having other neighbors with the same problem calling and emailing it in that premiere would do something but of course, they don't. If a terrible person lives in the neighborhood and does bad things that damages the properties or disrupts the neighborhood, and neighbors report it, premiere doesn't do anything when they know they should. But god forbid you have a bird feeder in the backyard or you fix your car in the parking lot, because you'll get a warning saying that you can't. Because apparently that's more important than property damage to them. With all the bad reviews not just at this location, but at all of the other condominiums that they own, I'm convinced that they are a money laundering business. Because why else would a company say that they are the most trusted, when they can't even be trusted to complete anything begin with?

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** There's a reason (at the time of writing this) that this company has a sub 2 star rating. Communication is atrocious. My wife and I have been bringing forward an issue to them for FOUR (4) YEARS!! and nothing is being properly actioned. They ignore maintenance requests despite our condo board encouraging us to bring these forward. This company would prefer to make money by doing nothing. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I really have nothing good to say about this company other than they are consistent with their deporable google review rating.

Agree with other reviews below. Terribly poor service, unresponsive, defensive and unpleasant. Construction behind our building took up our visitor parking spots for over a year with no communication about status or anticipated completion dates, and certainly no apology. Ground floor units were stuck looking at construction for all that time. No communication infrastructure with residents except for unfriendly notices slipped under the door when they need compliance about something. In the event of an emergency they have no means of communicating with residents, nor do they even recognize it's their responsibility to do so. During the pandemic the response was minimal, impersonal and too-little way-too-late. I had the option to buy here and quickly decided no-way.

Absolutely unresponsive and unhelpful. They are not only not proactive, they have actively been negligent with their responsibilities, have been lazy about getting competitive contracts for services (snow, grass etc) at cost to owners, and are in the builder’s pocket and do not act as a responsible agent for owners. Strongly advise folks to proceed with caution if considering hiring them.

Horrible customer service. I had water damage from another unit and was initially impressed with the response on getting a contractor in to assess.

Received written notice to go ahead and proceed with the repairs and the amount that would be reimbursed. $8000 later and the property managers say they aren't reimbursing me and that I have to get it from the other units insurance company.

Now, months later, no one returns my calls.

After reading the reviews I expected the worst, but maybe things were different 2 years ago. I called them up for my current issue and 2 days later I got a visit and inspection with work starting as I write this.

Not sure if people are just miserable or expect to be treated like gods, this is a property management company with many units and you have to expect that contractors don't always have time to help same day.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We are renters which makes it worse as when we moved in to our condo, despite several requests to the landlord, we were not provided with a copy of the cult rules...sorry, condo rules...finally after getting a third notice for something that wasn't our fault I faxed them demanding they send me a copy of these rules as I'm tired of getting notices...amazing how fast they responded to that.

We have lived here for 3 and a half years, this has been the third condo association we've dealt with in Ottawa, and NEVER have we gotten so many notices.... when we moved in we got a notice for garbage bins left outside-bins left by the contractor BEFORE we moved in and as we had no rules, we had no idea they weren't allowed there. We then got a notice fir parking in visitors parking...both our other condos allowed parking in visitors as long as you called it in so again, no copy of the rules, we didn't know. Our next notice was for a satellite dish on the fence...one that was there when we moved in and upon investigation had been there for THREE YEARS before we moved in. At that point we felt we were being targeted. The then condo president was talking with us as we sat on our lawn chairs in the front...lawn chairs that we had kept out front for months and we got in to a debate about air conditioners...he didn't like us questioning him and then a week later we got a notice about not being able to have furniture on the front lawn. We chose to stop driving our car for a period as gas was too expensive and got a notice that we weren't allowed to store an inoperable vehicle and all vehicles had to have valid stickers...our vehicke ran just fine and the stickers had 6 months left. We got a notice about overgrown weeds....our yard floods and is a mud pit and can't grow anything...took pictures and sent them to the landlord asking him to please point out these "overgrown weeds" and he couldn't see it either...then we got a FINAL notice about the same issue...this time the landlord confronted them but big shocker the management company never responded. Our latest notice was about a tire in our yard, a tire that has been there for a year, a tire that has been there for the last TWO site inspections...when I called them and asked why we were only getting a notice now I got standard corporate responses.. that was yesterday, today I see FOUR tires in my neighbours yard.... F*** you I'm not being targeted!

It is for all these reasons we are moving. I refuse to be treated like this any further. To this day we can't figure out what we did wrong to paint this target on our back but we assume it's because we're lowly renters and the old condo president has a stick up his ass.
