I really had a great experience with Open Door Property Management company as a whole. I could not recommend them more. Pam was very professional. She went above and beyond are job requirements to ensure that my kids and I got a safe home the live in .
I had to move out of the place prior the end of my one year lease, due to the scam and fraud of my employer. Pam and team worked so hard to help find a new tenant who could take over the lease. She use her personal time to return the modem I left to the internet company provider.
They took very good care of the owner's property. If you are looking to hire a property management company that can take care of your investment by giving peace if mind and a guaranteed income stream please hire Open Door Property Management.
They are second to none.

As a person who moved to Halifax from another country, I was always very well attended, from the virtual tour for choosing the house until my left. Every question or problem I could have was quickly responded to and always with kindness. Pam was a very important person in my life during my whole stay in Canada and I'll be forever grateful for her and the landlord. Misrepresented rental property and ignored every attempt to contact to discuss. We had to get a lawyer to get a response and to leave. Mould throughout the house that has created breathing issues with our young kids has been left after reported in April 2021 without testing or remediation, along with stagnant water in the basement, rodents & insects. New tenants avoid 6209 Shirley Street Halifax B3H 2N3 and this company.
