my mother and I have lived in our home now for 4 years and we love it here. Great unit and location. Mia the building manager is great, she goes above and beyond. Always says hello when we see her. Recently we had no heat early in the morning and mia had a plumber out to us immediately. We’re extremely pleased to have someone who cares so much and also the property maintenance has improved dramatically Since greystone has taken over. Thank you greystone for the great work. Highly recommend!

Landlady was always very busy and not very obliging, but otherwise I liked her. We had made a nonverbal agreement for free wifi to be included in my 1 year lease, but in my last month my wifi was shut off on the premise that it hadn't been paid. I spent 2 weeks trying to contact the management, who were always prompt before, and didn't get a single response back after a month, at which point my lease ended and I as stuck with the bill, after a month of no internet

Before signing anything with Greystone, make sure that Rebecca is not involved in any way, shape, or form. Prior to having to deal with her, we had an amazing property manager who responsive, helpful, and courteous.

Now we can't even get anything done at Rivergate. Ivan, the old property manager, has only been gone for a week and already there is garbage piling up in the common areas, no one can get an answer for unit maintenance, and despite promises that "someone" will get back to us soon, no one has called. And that's assuming that you don't end up in voicemail first.

I'm done with Rivergate and I'm warning friends, family, and anyone who wants a modicum of service to avoid Greystone because it is clear that Greystone no longer cares. Or maybe it's just Rebecca that doesn't. Very disappointing.

Lived at graystone property management Corp for one year. Gorgeous place to live. Lalita does a great job of managing the 2808 building in 79 street. Always willing to help. We lived in this apartment for one year. Only reason we left is because of the distance to work.
Thank you Lalita for making last one year smooth and easy. Great living experience.

Completely screwed by having not cleaned the apartment.
Moved from Ontario and movers charged me almost 4000$ in extra fees.
Greystone did nothing.

Ripped me off $750. Non refundable security deposit on a unit i did not take. Watch out for the fine print that they dont give you or tell you. Than lie about it. Very News worthy story
