I had an amazing experience with Elaine today. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to show me different areas and walk me through multiple rental options that would fit my specific needs.

On top of that, because Im unable to drive she personally drove me around to visit the places in person, which I truly appreciated. It really made all the difference and helped me feel much more confident in my decision. Elaine’s professionalism, care, and expertise were beyond what I could’ve hoped for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I attempted to rent with them earlier this year and had one of the most horrific experiences with an Agent named MICHELLE

I’ve genuinely never met someone who lacked such an incredible amount of professionalism, respect or understanding. I would NEVER expect to have such unclear communication, being yelled at over the phone on our last conversation and generally being disrespectful. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The woman I spoke with after this incident was helpful in having my deposit returned to me since I was very sketched out to proceed with renting the unit and opted to rent from someone else for this year and all future years to come.

Could not recommend this leasing agency any less. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE leasing agents. Will completely give you the run around.

Приятно удивлён тем, как быстро всё было решено. Управляющий подробно объяснил, как можно пополнять карту в любое время, предоставил все необходимые контакты. Лифт отремонтировали уже на следующий день, уборку в подъезде усилили. Видно, что управляющая компания действительно реагирует на обращения и старается улучшить условия проживания.

Рекомендую обратиться напрямую к менеджеру — внимательное отношение к жильцам действительно приносит результат.

There were some issues at the beginning — with the laundry system, cleanliness in common areas, and a temporary elevator outage. The laundry card couldn’t be topped up, and the elevator was out of service for several days.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything was resolved. The property manager clearly explained how to top up the laundry card at any time and provided all the necessary contact information. The elevator was fixed the next day, and cleaning in the building was noticeably improved. It’s clear that the management company takes feedback seriously and works to improve living conditions.

I recommend reaching out directly to the manager — attentive and responsive service truly makes a difference.

i had been in touch with Mr Amin from mainstreet, he has been very helpful. showed me a wonderful fully renovated townhouse. helped resolve and queries i had. the transition and moving was very seemless. paper work was all taken care and easy to understand. intial minor maintainence issues was notified and he immediately sent someone to resolve it.. overall great experience with mr amin. highly recommend

Truly an awful company. They "renovate" your building by painting everything grey and then feel like they should be able to charge higher rent. Mainstreet insisted on installing a punch code lock on my door which jammed repeatedly. Once when I was locked out of my apartment because of this issue the property manager quoted me a days wait for repair. Like.... hello? Where am I supposed to sleep tonight? It's a large, impersonal company that buys up small buildings, charges more rent and does very little property management. Mainstreet is the scourge of real estate in Canada.

I've lived in one of their buildings for more than a year and have had some frustrations with maintenance things taking longer than they need to or not being done but they were never urgent things and I'm not very confrontational so I didn't make big fuss. I was supposed to get my closet doors replaced in November 2023 and that hasn't happened but I thought an emergency would be different.
I called at 8:30 this morning because my toilet is plugged. I tried plunging it myself and nothing worked. The manager called me back within twenty to thirty minutes, saying that the maintenance guy would be here sometime today to fix the toilet. Around 5 this afternoon I called back because no one had showed up and I knew it was the nearing the end of their business day. The manager didn't answer the phone and hadn't called me back by about 5:30. So I called the after hours maintenance line to ask for an update. They couldn't give me one because it was something that was called in during office hours, which I totally understand. They did take my information to call it out as a new issue. An hour after that I heard from someone in maintenance saying they were on their way. Two hours after that no one had arrived, so I reached out again to see when they were coming. The manager finally got back to me to say her maintenance person was done for the day and I had to call the after hours line back again to get someone to come out. I did that and then the maintenance person called me to say that whatever equipment he needed wasn't working because the battery wasn't charged so he wouldn't be able to come out tonight and the backup subcontractor that he was allowed to call wasn't available till tomorrow morning.
I tried calling the after hours line back again to see if there was another contractor they could reach out. But they said that everything has to go through the maintenance guy and if he said there's no one available till tomorrow, it is what it is.
Thank goodness there's a McDonald's nearby and that it's warmer than it was two weeks ago.
This is very frustrating. If it had been dealt with during office hours they would have realized a battery needed to be charged and they could have charged it and still had a chance to help me today.

I want to share an experience that I had recently.
We live in one of Mainstreet's Appartments and we recently had a flood in our unit from above us. Samson is the manager for our building, when dealing with our flood and staying in a hotel while the apartment was being worked on Samson was absolutely wonderful to deal with.
I was so nice during a very stressful time that we could rely on him to be supportive and keep us informed about the progress of our unit.
Management at Mainstreet went above and beyond to get us moved into a fully renovated unit in the same building.
I just want to thank Samson and the management team for making us feel like our emergency was just as important to them as it was to us.
