I have been using St. James Financial Services for many years, and they have been responsible for making our Dreams come true. We were able to start a medieval Park because of loans from them. I'm not sure who Sandra Perkins is, but a third party critique is pretty much useless. Likely they were lying through their teeth and tried to Scam Charles.

St. James Financial Services Corp. is a government-licensed business and financial services that creates Business Plans for commercial loans clients and puts together a complete loan package, including retaining the services of a RECA-licensed mortgage broker, AASBC-licensed consultants, Alberta-licensed lawyer specializing in commercial loans, contact with government-registered lenders in business successfully for 30 plus years and with commercial loans underwriters. If St. James Financial Services Corp. accepts a client, then, so long as the client hasn't misrepresented major facts on the Application and has the documents required by the lender (which client agrees to in writing), then the commercial loan WILL BE FUNDED. If client lies on the Loan
Application and/or doesn't have the documentation required by the lender (and promised in writing by prior agreement signed by client under oath by Statutory Declaration), then that is the only reason the loan doesn't get funded. My boyfriendwent to them. They have an agenda of their own and it isn't to help you in any way! Claim to be heavily involved in charitable work but will do anything to screw you out of a dime. Charles is all talk no action. Please go anywhere else. You'll only lose your hard earned money. Can't believe they're still in business.
