Lara, the building manager, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and helpfulness. She provided a thorough and transparent explanation of the terms and conditions for the units offered.

A good experience! We lived here for several years and will miss this place. The best things about this place are the building manager and the location! The building manager is incredibly accommodating and helpful. She works really hard to make sure that if there is anything you need it is taken care of. The location is so close to the university and hospital as well as the shops and restaurants on Whyte Ave. Another great thing is the beautiful view from the balconies on the upper floors and the size of the balconies. Some units have huge balconies, great to have your own space to get outside.

I booked an apartment viewing at 11 am today from the website. I received two confirmation emails saying the appointment was successful. I arrived on time today, but the office lady didn't come. I called, and she said it would be a 30-minute wait. Then after 40 minutes, she still didn't come. I asked her if she would come; she said yes. Then, I asked her when she would come, and she just hung up the phone directly.
