These people are sly. They permanently close their business online and all reviews get deleted and magically reappear after 1 week.

Let me tell you this- Simco Management has got to be the worst property management company out there.
They will not answer your calls or return a vm/e-mail.

Property manager Ray could care less about your concerns.
Extremely unprofessional and frustrating , how they're still open for business is beyond me.
