I have had a great experience living in this apartment. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it a comfortable place to stay. The management team is responsive and professional, always addressing concerns promptly and ensuring smooth communication.

I have had an excellent experience living in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for students—it’s just a short distance from campus, making daily commutes effortless.

Beyond the location, the overall environment of the apartment is fantastic. The service team does an amazing job maintaining the building. The common areas are always clean, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The management is responsive and truly cares about residents’ comfort.

A special shoutout to Jane, Lucia, and Nelly from the service team! They are always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to help residents. Their dedication and hard work make this place feel like home.

The place is really good, next to the university. And space is pretty large, which was also the reason why I and my roommate chose it. But the ending was not good at all. We pay the lease until May 1st. And there are people came to change our lock about three weeks before May 1st. I stoped them. And they kept leading people into our room to tour when I was very stressed prepare for final. There are more than three groups of people came into my room, and even took pictures in the last several weeks. They came in anytime on the day they scheduled, I was afraid they might come in even when I was sleeping. They call me several times just want me to move out earlier than the lease ending time, and leading the cleaning team into the room before we give back the key ( also before May 1st). The whole thing is way ridicules. In the end, they say because of the cleaning team came to clean our place, so the deposit will not return. I don’t even know what to say after so many things happened. Just be careful and think twice before make a choice.

I recently visited an apartment and was greeted by Lucia, who took the time to show me around. Although my plans changed at the last minute and I wasn’t actually looking to rent at that moment, I had a wonderful experience with Lucia. She did an excellent job presenting the apartment, answered all of my questions, and demonstrated great respect throughout the process. If I decide to rent an apartment in the future, I would definitely seek Lucia’s assistance again. I highly recommend her.

I'm a professional that has recently moved into the building and so far my experience with this apartment has been good, it's relatively spacious compared to the other apartments I've viewed, and close to a lot of things including transit. Lucia has been really good about answering my questions and showing me around the apartment and overall I feel like this has been a good place for me so far.

Living here is comfortable and convenient for UoA students. The managers are really friendly and always ready to help, especially Jane Wang—she’s amazing! Plus, I love having access to the free coffee machine in the building!

My roommate and I had a great experience at Sir John Franklin! The staff was friendly and helpful, and always took our concerns seriously. The location is amazing and if you are a student at the University of Alberta, it will not be more than a 5 minute walk to get where you need to go. I have no negative things to say about this amazing building.
