Property management is not the most glamorous of professions or businesses. They see people when they are down, whether it be a bylaw infraction, water damage, or condo fees going up. If everything was perfect you wouldn't need them. But Mission Management does so professionally and with high regard to the property, owners and the board members. When work needs to get done they get the work done as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to the residents as possible. They make the work of the boards very easy and have the answers that they are looking for and sometimes answers to questions the board never even knew to ask. They have the appropriate connections in the industry to assist in ultimately saving money for the corporation whether it be insurance or contractors. So if you need property management they are one of the better ones out there.
