❤️🥰 Not enough thanks for the amazing Courtney who answered her phone on a long weekend. ❤️🥰 We were traveling, with kids and en route to our extended family’s house. We had no idea what to expect, but Courtney was very reassuring. She arrived with all of her products and her systematic head searches put all of our minds at ease. We confirmed two in our party were clear and one had some bugs/nits )but just getting to the contagious stage. We would have been in SUCH a mess had she not answered the phone. OMG. Absolutely worth every penny. Very reasonably priced. Very professional and personable. While I hope we NEVER need the service again, I do not hesitate to recommend these services for people of any age.

Our family made it 6 days into the new year before getting the dreaded ‘you may need to check your heads’ phone call from a relative. Google lead me to the Lice Crew and there is a reason for all the stellar reviews. I received a quick response and booking, along with helpful instructions for what to do in the event you have lice. Courtney was calm, reassuring, and most of all, very patient with our daughter who is neurodivergent and insisted on sitting in a cardboard box for her turn to be checked. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Events like this are never pleasant but I am so thankful that people like Courtney exist and are willing to help! Highly recommended.

Courtney was absolutely amazing, we called yesterday and she had been booked up solid. We weren't expecting to get seen until March 3rd because of our schedule, and she ended up calling us later on able to squeeze us in! She was fantastic with the kids, and extremely thorough with her treatment. An absolute life saver. Will never be using OTC treatments again, will just be calling her right away. Hands down best money I ever spent on a service. Courtney, was so thorough, and knowledgeable. Not to mention super friendly, she made my daughter feel very comfortable. She was fast, and gave alot of great suggestions to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Courtney made sure my mind was totally at ease before she left my house. While there is no physical location to go to (mobile service only) I cannot say enough great things about my experience. As my first time ever encountering lice on my children and never having them myself I was beyond stressed over it. Courtney had us fit in her schedule right away and was a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely excellent with myself and my children. Don't bother buying kits at the pharmacy!
