Very happy I went with Dean to fix my grandmothers computer. She was having virus pop ups and he refurbished it for her. He gave me updates the whole way which I found very helpful.

Dean is nothing less of amazing! I have been having issues with my gaming computer for awhile and yesterday it finally stopped working, I had no idea what was wrong with it and everyone I called told me it will be about a week before they can get it repaired and back to me... Dean had me taken care of within 24 hours of the time I called him! His price was very fair and he took care of me. Last week when my computer died I wanted to find someone local (Sackville) who could help. I found Dean on Google, called and since he was close brought computer right over. That was early Friday. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and went right to work. He worked on it all day, and somehow managed to save all my data on the fried hard drive. End result was new and much faster hard drive, updates of all programs and a computer that works better than when new at a very fair price. He was also very informative of the problems and fixes. I highly recommend Dean for any computing problems you have.

Dean helped me to troubleshoot the issue with my laptop not charging over the phone first, and then came to my location to manually sort out the issue for me. Dean was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When Dean came to my location he was able to diagnose and sort out my computer issues in about 5 minutes. He provided usage advice and provided me with solutions to prevent any future concerns.

Dean was super helpful when our gaming computer crashed. Saw us the same day. Spent most of the day troubleshooting and communicating his process. Very communicative and knowledgeable. Did everything he could and determined the root cause was fried hardware. It ultimately needed replacing by the manufacturer, just like Dean suggested. Thank you!
