We live in 185 Wentworth Dr, issues with sewage water getting up the kitchen sink, since January the management is ignoring. Cathy Farrell the property manager is rude, she ignores emails and voice messages, she refuses to deal with situations. Even Compliance office from CRM left her 3 messages and she avoids them. The office staff is rude and wont direct you to anyone above cathy. She should be fired.

After hours of looking to find a place to call home. I came across “City Centre Property Management.” I was really impressed with the level of service I received. This company has went above and beyond for me. They found me a PERFECT apartment, and also met my budget. CCPM has been very responsive and helpful. They made the process easy and stress free! Overall wonderful people to deal with. I could not be happier with my living situation.

Have had prevoius dealings in more than one building with this property management company. High tenant turnover, poor communication, incompetent management who is unable to address basic problems with infrastructure repair and maintenece. If you enjoy the experience of a living nightmare, then lease a unit from this property management "company". You've been warned.

The most incompetent and dishonest group I've ever rented from. When we moved in, they made a list of things that needed to be fixed and said they'd do it within a month. Of course, they never did it in almost 3 years of living there. To make things worse, it's been 9 months since we've moved out, and we're still waiting to receive our deposit back. They keep saying there was a check issued, and when we follow up, they say they don't know what happened and that they'll look into this and later say they don't remember our case, despite having sent and received tens of emails these last 9 months. That's theft. Stay away.

This company is run by a pack of D-grade management staff, who purchased all of Killam's unwanted dilapidated apartments, and all of the older buildings that were built the most cheaply in the Clayton Park/Larry Utech area. In my books they are one step above Metcap, and not a very high one. Most of their buildings are infested with cockroaches. Even if you have nowhere else to go, this place is not worth it... You're better off in a tent encampment.

The most disgusting property management company in Halifax. They hold housing over your head, threaten you, and use fixed term leases kick out tenants based on their personal preferences.

They moved us into an unfinished unit. No A/C (as promised), holes where light fixtures should be, and mouse infested (impressive for a new build). Management ignored any email or attempt to contact them. The building managers were useless and had such a high turnover. They hid in their units to avoid doing any work all day so the building become unhygienic with mice, dog urine and feces littering the common areas.

Ignored ours and many, many other tenants in the buildings requests for month. If you were a bother to them they did not renew your lease. Because everyone quits this company and there’s such a high turnover, any promise they make won’t be held and they’ll fall back on “I’m new in the role”. Theyll also fight to keep your security deposits.

Beware of this company. Rent anywhere else. The reviews speak for themselves.

Where do I start.. I applied for a two bedroom for me and my son that is not even a year old. Gave them all my information and they told me that I needed a co signer. My mom decided to cosign. Came back two days later to say I wasn't approved, they never contacted anyone like my work or my mom's work and they are supposed to tell you why you werent approved . Funny thing is I know my mom's credit score is 800 roughly and never ever defaulted on any payments or loans.

Pretty sure they are doing it because I'm finishing up my mat leave before I go back to work...

I normally make alittle over 2 grand a month but hey that isn't good enough for them since I'm on mat leave and only make 1500 a month until may.

If you want a property management group that speaks as if they're lecturing you at all times, run down units with improper maintenance completed, unimaginably slow resident managers and blatant attempts to take your damage deposit, this is the company for you!

We were given a broken garage door fob as soon as we moved in and were told we had to pay $75 if we wanted a new one. At one point the patio door lock broke completely, we waited 18 months for it to be fixed; it never got done.

If you have the displeasure of ever renting from this group be sure to take very, very detailed notes on your initial walkthrough. They will do anything possible to blame their lack of maintenance on you in order to keep your deposit. They refused to accept the receipt they asked for to prove the carpets were cleaned upon us moving out, only once we took it to the tenancy board did they back down and finally accept the thing that they asked for. They also charged us for their own resident manager taking our towel racks to "fix" them, and promptly moving out with them in his posession.
