We had a great stay. Place was bigger then we thought. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Place was nice and clean and very close to everything. Just a quick walk to the village where we enjoyed many many attractions. thank you

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, which meant we didn’t have to worry about parking. It was also super close to downtown Collingwood, where we enjoyed some amazing food! Highly recommend Bent Tacos, just 10–15 minutes away. The space was incredibly kid-friendly. Our little ones loved the kids’ corner filled with games and drawing activities, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the playpen (saved us from bringing ours!), high chair, and a deep kitchen sink that made bottle washing a breeze. Bath time was easy too thanks to the tub. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for meals. We also loved how close and accessible the hot tub was, just a short walk and easy to use, and the kids absolutely loved it. Check-in and check-out were super easy with the code system, no keys to fumble with. If the summer experience was this lovely, we can only imagine how magical it will be in the winter.

This isn’t so much directed at Hosting Blue as I have read a lot of their favourable reviews today. My beef is with the fact that they host and manage an Airbnb property in Flesherton, which is roughly 40minutes from Blue Mountain. Which to me shouldn’t be considered part of “Blue Mountain”. There were several issues with this property one being that there is a full on new build going on next door, that our first night went on til almost 9pm, heavy equipment, power tools and back up beepers. We woke up to the same thing at 7am. When we brought it to the host’s attention, they said they were unaware of such construction, even though there a a number of mentions about it back in 2024. After a number messages back and forth with Hosting Blue and eventually a few phone calls, we realized were dealing with a call center and messages responses were being AI generated. Earlier in the morning my wife had asked if there was milk or creamer for our coffee. They said no but we could drive to Blue Mountain village or to the Walmart in Collingwood, both 40mins away, why not say there’s a Circle K store 5 mins down road, why because they had no idea where this property was. Hosting Blue this property should not be on your inventory of rental properties, it doesn’t not meet the standard of your other properties nor does it fall with Blue Mountain/Collingwood area. These issues were poorly handled and could have been resolved first thing in the morning when we attempted to speak to actual person from Hosting Blue. All we wanted was to cancel the second night and refund us the difference. Instead we spent the whole day messaging back forth with Airbnb. We left property and 11 and didn’t return to til 6pm and still found workers cars parked out on the road. When all we wanted was 2 quiet nights away from home, and enjoy the amenities this property advertised to have.

Ski in/Ski Out says it all! The perfect experience if you want to put your skies out of your door! We enjoyed The Blue Mountains to the fullest! The apartment is located on the slopes and the view is magnificent! We had a little one with us, which made our stay even more impressive because we were out the door and sledding him down! Adorable!
The hosts are very responsive and they have everything sorted out for you to have an easy in and even easier out! The place is well organized and labeled so there is no way you cannot find something! The kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of dishes, bowls, cooking pans, glasses, cups, etc.
Also, well equipped with a comfortable desk if you need to get some work done while you stay! They thought just of everything!
We are already recommending it to our friends and are definitely going to be returning here!

I loved this stay — clean, well-equipped, and super aesthetically pleasing! The hosts were super responsive and did everything they could to make our trip seamless. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when I’m back!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was located very close to Blue Mountain. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. My kids loved the pool, it was perfect for them. There is a nice hiking trail at the back of the resort, a great spot to check out at the end of the day.

We had a great stay at the Bear’s Den! There was plenty of space for 3 couples to comfortably relax and have meals together. The condo was well equipped and located a short walk away from the village. We were also able to enjoy some time at the pool. The owners were incredibly responsive. We’d stay at the Bear’s Den again in a heartbeat.
