Highly recommend Percel Inc. Property Management! I am new to Collingwood since August 2024. I had a few issues early on and thanks to Pamela and her team, she was able to address these issues in a very thoughtful and timely manner. And a big, 'shout out' to Fabian and Corbin from Hebert and Sons Roofing for having to work in my attic and on the roof on this very hot day!! They were very thorough and kind!! And a big, 'shout out' to Grace @ head office. We have spoken several times and she was always very patient and helpful with all of my concerns!!

Outstanding Experience with Percel Property Management.

As a board member, switching to Percel Property Management was one of the best decisions we’ve made. From my first conversation with Robert, it was clear we were in good hands. The entire transition process was smooth, and their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive.

I have to give special recognition to Susan, her dedication, kindness, and consistently polite demeanour made a real difference. She’s always available and goes above and beyond to support us.

If you’re looking for a property management company that is organized, responsive, and truly cares, I can’t recommend Percel enough. They’ve exceeded our expectations at every turn.

This group is utterly deplorable and has proven to be incredibly difficult to deal with since we bought in March 2021. Their customer service skills are nonexistent, and they exhibit a "tough luck, deal with it" mentality. Their exclusive focus on the interests of the board members has led to a series of awful decisions that benefit only a select few, rather than serving all owners. I will never forgive the board or Percel for the way they have treated us.

Michelle Anger’s departure to California is a relief, especially considering she left without responding to our final messages. Her conduct was nothing short of disgraceful—rude, incredibly lazy, and lacking any sense of decency or empath. Her behavior is a perfect example of how not to treat others. I would never consider employing someone like her. I plan to use her actions as a cautionary lesson for training staff, students, and teaching my children about appropriate behavior.

I look forward to selling in 2026-2027, finally escaping this nightmare once and for all.

I am director of SCC247. Since Danielle Vandetta took over from the previous Collingwood management my rating of Percel has increased from a 2 to a 5. Danielle is a doer not a talker. She follows up all issues, concerns etc in a timely fashion.

All I have to say is since we have had this property management take over our condo management it has been a nightmare. We had a issue where monthly condo fee was missed, I was told it was paid for, a month later tells me they have a lawyer and going to put a lien on my condo until the payment was made, we went to pay the funds and my wife was treated with the most disgusting respect. This was not our fault this was there accounting mess up and we ended up having to be stressed to the point of no sleep and not working properly. These companies are suppose to be here for the people not themselves and the year we have had with them all we see is that they are there from themselves. Really not pleased at all.

She is always very prompt and professional in responding to our service requests, emails and phone calls. She has worked diligently to resolve the many long standing issues our complex was facing. Franca is very dedicated to her clients and it shows in her excellent customer service.

Franca is often seen driving through the property to ensure that it is up to standards and she always has a smile on her face with her positive attitude. We are blessed to have her as a part of our property management team.
