I had a great experience with Ketamine assisted Psychotherapy. The staff were always very supportive and helpful. They did everything they could to accommodate my schedule and needs throughout the process. They were able to reduce if not eliminate my worries and concerns before and during the course of treatments. The most noticeable improvements were that my physical pain was reduced, as well as my anxiety being reduced to a more manageable level. As the sessions progressed I noticed an “elastic” effect when I experienced some tougher moment/days, pulling me out of or reducing the intensity of a negative experience faster than was possible prior to having any treatments. Ashley was great at providing additional resources that I could work on in between treatments to get the most out of the program. I’m very thankful to have made this investment in myself and will definitely be returning for “maintenance” sessions as needed.

Absolutely life changing in many ways that cannot be described in words. It was like sitting and analyzing yourself as a patient in some ways. It was also like learning about yourself as a third party. I also felt as though I was communicating with figures I was seeing that were providing me answers and comforts to questions I didn't know how to ask. I know that is very vague but I can't explain how important it felt and how it changed me for the better. I also have a lifetime injury and chronic pain and this treatment helped significantly with that for days after each session. The only thing I wish is that this because more accessible and covered under insurance. If not for the high cost i would continue my journey because I feel it is so worth it. But sometimes financially you have to choose your family. One day I will get to the point where I can choose myself again. I will continue to advocate for this treatment so people in the future won't have to make that choice.

My experiences were amazing. The quick processing of information and inner healing was beyond my expectations in these sessions. I have suffered with depression for most of my years and to wake up in the morning feeling alive with no clouds. I am ever greatful and honoured to have had these treatments. I would recommend this treatment. I have had years of different talk therapy and medications. I am no longer on medication for depression. I did stop taking the medication prior to going, but definitely was feeling my bouts of depression and sadness. I thought I would try this and was considering going back on if this didn't help. In my 10yrs experience with chronic pain, KAP is the first treatment or therapy that has made a positive impact to my overall health in an ongoing way.
