My parents bought a house back in 2012 and it's been the best choice they've ever made. Sudha helped us find a home perfect for our family. The size of the rooms are just what we need for our family's needs, and the best feature is a huge backyard to accommodate the kids and barbecues when our rather large family comes over. The best part is that few to no renovations had to be done. Sudha helped me and my family find the home we've always wanted and more all within our budget. Super pleased and pleasantly surprised!

i reached out about a rental property, he responded a day later offering a visit days away - day of i sent a confirmation text where he cancelled a few hours before. i didnt hear back again for days to then get another visit days away and be told day of the place was rented (again when i followed up). Terrible connection and very unprofessional service.

Sudha sold my 5 plex in ville emard in 2011. It went flawlessly. Could not have asked for a better person. It sold in 3 weeks…..it was a hard place to sell because of it’s age and that it needed major repairs…..
