JAD Environmental Services deserves more than 5 stars! When mold was found in my attic and basement during my home sale, they responded immediately. JAD assessed the issue the next day and scheduled remediation within the same week. The crew was friendly, prompt, and incredibly efficient, and the results were amazing! Plus, their costs were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

While we were away on holidays, we came back to a flooded basement that needed full demolition and removal of mold. JAD first identified the impacted mold on our air, next they tested the impacted drywall and flooring for asbestos for the safety of our home. For a very affordable price compared to 3 companys we had come out, JAD Environmental was the most satisfying and professional company, they ended up removing the mold, our air was free of spores, and the job was done simultaneously with asbestos procedures as agreed with alberta occupational health and safety.

JAD Environmental provided a quote for Air Quality Testing for the symptoms I was having, the team conducted an inspection the same day that I contacted them. The JAD team found Issues with Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Mold Spores. The team then provided a quote for Mold Removal (Remediation) and conducted the work, efficiently , on time and within industry standards. Thanks again, JAD.

!!!!!!Scammer!!!! We contacted them to get water damage and mold remediation done in our basement to get the mortgage for our property. They quoted us at $3500 for the work and was paid before the work began. After ripping up our floor and the drywall he told us that he will need to charge us another $700 to complet the work. After removing the the mold he came back after to do an air quality test to ensure that the work has been completed properly as promised. This test shouldve been completed as a part of the quote. However as he knew that we need the report to send it to the mortgage company he charged us another $450 to conduct the air quality test. He assured us that the work was done properly and that their is no reason why the air quality test should'nt pass. He told us that he will send us the report in the morning and if the test came back as a fail he will do another one for free. When the time came next morning he called us and told us that the work they did did not fix the problem and that they are going to need to work another 5 days on a completely different issue to fix the problem. If he knew that he won't be able to fix the problem why would you give a quote and and promise to take care of the problem when you know that the work you need to do is different to the one that you are quoteing us for overall he scamed us out of $5000 and is no longer answering our calls when we went to the address listed online the office does not exist.
