Brought my 6 week old to Paradigm today for a visit with Dr Arden Hadley-Baker for his reflux. She was incredibly helpful, gave us lots of tips and tricks and made us feel very comfortable during our appointment! The ladies at the front desk were great too. Would highly recommend this clinic. If I'm honest I was skeptical of going to a Naturopath, but after seeing numerous doctors for my infections and getting no answers, I felt like I had no other option. I booked with Dr. Arden due to her specialities and I'm very glad I did. She was very empathetic and understanding, she gave me instructions on what to do next and most of all she was honest and I truly appreciated that. I haven't had an infection since July, when I was averaging one every 2 weeks. Really thankful for her help. Thank you.

Dr Arden has completely saved me 2 times now. After my family doctor, walk in clinic doctors, and hospital emergency doctors left me with no explanation, or even worse misdiagnosed me. She has always been able to explain to me what is wrong, why it happened, and how I can repair the problems with much more beneficial medicine compared to getting pumped full of prescriptions. I truly can’t explain how thankful I am for Paradigm + all the staff

Incredible collaborative team. I’ve been seeing Dr. Baker for 16 years for my naturopathic needs. She’s helped me through some major health concerns. She’s absolutely brilliant in her scope of practice. I see Dr. Breckon for my skin needs and Dr. Jason for Prolotherapy. Grateful that all these specialists are under one roof working together to offer the best care.

Long long ago, I use to compete in athletics and I still train regularly so I have back pain (L5 S1) that flares up every now and then. My Chiropractor referred me to Dr. Jason Ahlan with Paradigm Health for Prolotherapy. Prolotherapy is a regenerative injection for ligaments and tendons. I could not say enough good things about Dr. Ahlan!! He answered ALL of my questions and curiosities- I am so fascinated with this treatment and he was more than happy to educate me. Once I was ready to go, he produced a customized formula (this varies depending on the person's injury/needs) and for my first visit, he injected one syringe into 6 different spot in my back. Before and as he is injecting the syringe - he walks you through every step of the way. I hate needles and to be honest, the worst part is when the needle breaks the skin, it goes by so quickly! I immediately felt some inflammation but this is normal because its suppose to cause inflammation to promote healing.

I may sound like I know what I'm talking about but its because I asked the questions and Dr. Ahlan shared his knowledge 🙂

Depending on the person, it could take a few or even several treatments. I kid you not - I was GOOD TO GO after one treatment. Now, I went for a second treatment for preventative treatment but also had a new issue in my Glutes and Dr. Ahlan did his magic on me. I believe you need a referral but nonetheless, I could not recommend Dr. Jason Ahlan enough, he is truly one of the best!!!!

Saw Dr Breckon about 4 weeks ago regarding a sleep disorder and everything she recommended has helped me so much. It’s such a relief to be able to finally have restful sleep. What she has done was far more helpful than the Foothill Medical sleep center , who’s response after a sleep study and waiting 2 years, was “some people are just light sleepers” and offered sleeping pills.

If you want a Dr who will treat causation rather than symptoms and actually spend time with you then this is a great option. Highly recommend
