Brown Bros property management company have been our management company for two different properties. We have been very fortunate to have received excellent service with this company.
I will speak to the property my husband and I are currently in, a new build, The Kentwood Place on Goldstream Avenue. The building itself is beautiful in a fantastic, walkable location overlooking The Royal Colwood golf course. The process of moving in was seamless from our previous rental unit. Rose handled the administrative piece and was wonderful to deal with, responsive and prompt with any questions we had. Our building managers Jim and Seann are organized, personable and very speedy with replies to any questions, and were most helpful as we were settling into our new home. Anytime we have had an issue in either of our units Brown Bros was on top of it very quickly. They are a great company to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. And come check out The Kentwood Place, we are very happy in this beautiful building.

Rented with Brown Bros the manager they hired is very rude. I did complain about the neighbors nothing much was done to them for deliberately harassing us then get accused of a liar, as these tenants have been in this building for 20 years they are no good tenants when it comes to other people moving into building they might pay their cheap rent but in general they are no good as people towards other people that just moved into a building. If this is what Brown Bros wants in their building scummy people i would not recommend living in any of there buildings they manage. Also our window in our unit does not close properly as we got the unit like that as well as the oven fan does not work, unbelievable to rent out a place like this as well as never kicking out people that deserve to be kicked out.

I had the pleasure of having Jillian Thibault from Brown Bro's property management as my landlord while I was living in Victoria! She helped us find the perfect townhome and was very professional, responsive on any issues that were raised, and prompt with solutions. I've had a few landlords over the years and Jillian made this experience very positive. Can't recommend them enough for both renters and people looking for a management company! I've been in a now run by brown bros apt for 18 years, since brown bros has taken over 10 years ago it's been amazing. For the last few years the manager "tammy" has been helpful and stern..I appreciate Tammy and brown bros.

Very rude management company. I was a home owner and was told not qualified to get details of financial reports. That was so offensive and against provincial government rules. They should not get involved in customer's conflicts and showed a complete lack of professional ethics.
