The bad reviews about them not responding to emails are true. The owner, Dennie, responds quickly but the other staff don’t. They probably think simple questions are not worth answering, but what they don’t realize is that those questions are very important to those who actually live in the properties they manage. I understand you’re all very busy but please please try to be kind and patient. Your website after all says that you are highly professional and have ‘friendly’ team members and you provide property management services ‘efficiently’.

Moved into a strata looked after by this company, strata run by owners, management company only deals with these longtime owners who are unable to manage anything.
A joke to deal with, when I called to complain about the way there running it, they hung up on me, wasn’t upset with them, just wanted to discuss how they were allowing people of such, ignorant and silliness are allowed to run the strata, a overall change of strata is needed here, as people are being harassed and don’t want to live here.,….

Extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of a recent issue with my apartment. Instead of providing assistance, they simply suggested contacting another service provider without offering any helpful information. Despite requesting contact details for the service provider, they were unable to provide any support. This lack of basic problem-solving is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I owned strata property managed by Complete Residential for over 7 years. During that time, Complete skillfully handled complex issues ranging from balcony repairs to sewer backups to unruly strata members. When I had a Sr citizen tenant prone to leaving taps running and CBC playing at maximum volume at all hours they handled it with professionalism and dignity and supported a resolution that worked for all. During that time I also learned that Property Management is a thankless task and easy target for those unwilling to be an active participant in the resolution of their own issues. Hats off to this hardworking team.

A bunch of leeches determined to do as little as possible for your money. The only timely email I ever got for them was when they wanted to accuse me of losing keys I was never given. All they do is the bare minimum, and they will keep ignoring your complaints until you give up or they resolve themselves. Get a real job and stop siphoning money from people like you're actually providing them with anything

This company takes care of our Strata, Property and some of our rentals. When something needs fixed on site they are quick to respond and have always had great success.

Although, it seems that the people responsible for communicating with Strata and other responsible parts of the building lack care or interest. I can speak for others having the same issues unfortunately. I had called with a problem that is very easy and quick to resolve but the manager said they were having a bad day and did not want to deal with our problem.

This lack of unprofessional and communication does not give any merit to this company. As we are currently using them as our provider I have no choice but to stand idle. Possibly this warning can inform others or change the current business's practices.

have had nothing but bad experiences dealing with this company. I've lived in my building for over 5 years and nothing has ever been done in a timely or professional matter. They've taken almost a week to fix my door that wont open. It is a safety matter and being ignored by the company day after day is completely unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone moving into a building that is managed by them.
