My partner is chronically ill and sent here to ask for a tilt table test to see if it’s POTS. The receptionists and nurses were all incredibly nice, and did a bunch of tests. When we saw the doctor, he immediately began raising his voice at my partner, saying she was “too young” to have a chronic illness, and that it must all be “in her head” because all the tests came back fine. The thing is, my partner’s condition only acts up when she stands, her heart rate skyrockets and her blood pressure drops, and all the tests were done with her sitting/laying. I got fed up and told him to take her blood pressure standing, and he immediately started freaking out, saying we “needed to go to the ER” and that she “had a new undiscovered disease” because he doesn’t understand that POTS can both be heart rate up and blood pressure up (50% of cases), and heart rate up and blood pressure down (other 50%). His own inability to listen to the patient and read up on something he obviously doesn’t understand left me and my partner with nowhere to go because he refused to send us for a tilt table test, and my partner’s family doctor was moving away, this being the last referral we had. Because of this, we had a horrible period of financial instability because it was difficult to get my disabled partner on SAID because we didn’t have a proper diagnosis or doctor. I hate you, and I hope you are ashamed of your behaviour. Treat your patients with kindness, even if you don’t know exactly what’s wrong. Please, for the sake of other chronically ill people who get sent here, go actually learn about POTS and other similar conditions, because you obviously have NO idea about them. I literally use you as the example of the worst doctor I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely horrendous to deal with!!!!! They won't even answer my doctors offices phone calls emails or faxes. I have tried numerous times to get someone to get back to me and nothing!!! If you have the choice do NOT GO HERE!!! You won't get any answers.

Instructions aren't given clearly and they blame their lack of medical equipment on the patient.
